Interconnector route

The connection points and construction methods for the Interconnector are as follows:

  • Barkby Beach (North Wales) to Rush (Co.Dublin): Undersea.
  • Rush (Co.Dublin) to Woodland (Co.Meath): Underground.

A detailed route for the cable will be published here as soon as the Marine Survey and other reports have been evaluated.
